Damac Properties has completed another of its projects and released images of interiors of the lobby, common areas and Gymnasium of the 84 storey skyscraper and are working towards handover and completion in the end of this year. Images have been published to the Damac Properties website and electricity has been connected to about 65 of the floors with commissioning and testing in progress in the building. This project has been done with adherence to the best quality standards and expected to be the flagship project upon completion. For the gardens at ocean heights there has been large scale landscaping done with equipment for the gym, spa and pools being installed. Accessories, lighting and bathroom fixtures have also been fixed and interior works are in progress at Damac’s other sites in Dubai such as XL tower at Business bay. In other projects such as Lago Vista exterior construction has been done to about 98 percent of the total level and the tower crane has been removed. At the Emirates Gardens project in Jumeirah Village there has been occupation underway by customers in the first phase of the project. With the goal of completing and handing over six of their projects the company seems to be making good progress in this respect in their ventures. The completion of these projects spells good news for the recovering economy of dubai marina post recession and the customer response is heartening for builders as well.
