Two Towers Of Dubai Marina Availed As A Part Of Scam To Be Resold
The authorities in Britain exposing one of the largest tax scams in the United Kingdom; the repercussions of which are being felt the world over. Two towers of Dubai Marina were purchased by the people involved in this scam using funds obtained through unscrupulous means. These British authorities have handed over the biggest confiscation orders which will now result in these two Dubai Marina towers coming on to the real estate market to find new owners.

Two members from a criminal gang consisting of 21 people has been issued orders to repay a whooping 92.3 million pounds which is the amount they spent on buying large homes and state-of-the-art cars for their families, in addition to pampering them with clothes with designer tags.
Despite all the purchases they made, the largest was the purchase of Yacht Bay and Royal Oceanic which are two of the many apartment blocks in Dubai Marina. Both these towers put together cost them around 80 million GBP.
If the two have to avoid further ten year prison term, they have to sell both these towers.
HM Resource and Customs’ criminal investigations’ assistant director, Richard Meadows, said that the department was keen on bringing the criminals to task and forfeiting all the assets the amassed through dubious means.
