Outdoor Adventures Dubai 2009 Success For Arts Patronage

The first ever Outdoor Adventure Dubai 2009 wrapped after three days of highlighting what to see and do in the UAE. This show also promoted a wide array of outdoor activities to one very eager audience.

This was the first outdoor and adventure sports exhibition in the Middle East and it was geared to help promote tourism. The participants and visitors were able to try several different types of outdoor adventures, including a 10-metre climbing wall, paintball, and even scuba diving in a dedicated pool.

Some of the main participants at the Dubai stand were the Tamani Hotel Dubai Marina, Jebel Ali Golf Resort and Spa, and Lama Tours. Many of the Overseas Promotions Departments were thrilled with the event attendance and they look forward to an even larger even next year. They also believe that Dubai will continue to enjoy a place in UAE adventure tourism.

There were a number of heritage and culture events as well, which helped to promote the UAE. Plans are already in motion to have the event in the same location next year.
