This is due in part to the expected increase in rents near Metro stations, as many businesses will quickly see the benefits of increased foot traffic. The Metro Stations are expected to help stabilize the other areas of Dubai where the rents have fallen significantly over the past few months.

The Dubai Marina has become a hotspot for real estate action anyway, and it’s very possible that there will be a large increase in rents for retail shops and businesses, even those that are well established.

This trend should continue into apartment rents in the Dubai Marina, as well, since the area has been named as one of the most desirable places to live in the UAE.
