The contract for building the Damac Heights project at Dubai Marina has been awarded to Arabtec. A contract between Damac Properties and Arabtec highlighting this was finalized this week. The construction work is all set to commence as soon as the enabling works have been completed by Zetas.

An initiative by Damac Properties, Damac Heights, is supposed to be the most prestigious and tallest projects initiated by this company. This structure that will overlook the Palm Jumeirah will occupy one of the prime positions in this neighborhood. Damac Heights is at a walkable distance from Ocean Heights which is another flagship project by Damac Properties. Arabtec is also involved in the construction of Ocean Heights which is a project that is scheduled to be completed in a few months.

Hussain Sajwani, announcing the awarding of the contract to Arabtec, said that the company was glad to announce the construction of one of their most prestigious projects. He also went on to say that they were pleased to work with Arabtec on this project as well since the latter is renowned for building properties that are architecturally challenging.

Riad Kamal, speaking about bagging the contract for Damac Heights, said that his company is more than happy to work  with Damac Properties that has been around as a strong real estate player even during tough economic times.
